Authentic Haitian Vodou

What happens to us after we die. People think because I serve the lwa or practice Vodou that something bad will happen to me when I die. This is NOT true (I will go into this deeper with my people before they initiate.) I was thinking of this and began to pose many questions to my god father. It all started with a simple request on my Facebook fan page. Someone wanted me to post photos of my pot tet. Well, I could not, as my pot sits in Haiti. When someone initiates into Haitian Vodou your pot tet should stay with your priest or houngan at the temple. It contains a big lock of hair, and fingernails from me. The priest are responsible for you in so many ways, even after you die. Your pot tet is taken to the sea and broken. A year and a day later they are responsible to reclaim you. My god father has me in his hands on so many levels. My pot tet is in the best place and in the best hands. (If you want to see what a pot tet looks like click on my "Lave Tet Ceremony" above). Some people who would watch my videos on Youtube would attach them self to me and act as if they knew me from a short video. They would stalk the internet for anything about me and pretend they knew me. The fact is I never even spoke to most of these people. Not even a reading. It is crazy, really mentally ill. All my life people try to figure out my nationally and can not put their finger on it. The nationally is not what people could not pin point. It was the spirit, the lwa. I have always attracted people, this is just my nature. I would not even have to say a word. People love a good listener. Well, I went HARD for the lwa for two years. I taught a lot of people about Vodou. Now I can relax and enjoy the rewards. The lwa have rewarded me greatly. I always asked Papa Legba when my last video would be. While I was in Florida last month I was talking with a client and told him I would no longer make videos. That my focus is on ceremonies and the work of a mambo. That my "tools" had dust on them. Today my phone rang , and rang, and rang. I talked to my supporters, god children, clients, and friends. I enjoyed it so much. I know I will always have people who will attach them self to me, for whatever reason, and some are really "sick". But today was a day of relief. As I plan services and talk to my family , I can say "Thank you Papa Legba", it was worth it. I will reap the rewards the rest of my life. It is true peace. Sow a good seed.

Many people just throw items on a table and call it an altar. I want my people to have working altars. To see results in their life from serving the lwa. To have a nice house and car. To be able to travel and never be broke. To have a good job or business. Bob Marley sung "Most people think Good God will come from the sky. Take away everything, and make everybody feel high. If you know what life is worth you will look for yours on earth. Now you've seen the light..." (Get up, stand up). I want to enjoy my life now! Jesus said he came so we can have life and have it abundantly. I do not feel bad about the improvements in my life in the last two years. I thank Good God and the lwa. I thank my god father (papa kanzo) who not onlt taught me to serve the lwa (that I knew), but to serve them the right way. Not offend them. How to make my altars working altars. It may not seem like much to him, but it is priceless to me. I want my people to STOP looking to my videos for power. The power is in ME, not the videos. I want my people to KANZO. I want my people to initiate into Haitian Vodou the right way, and not be half seated. You will see that when your altars are working, so is your life.  Peace and love.

Now is my time to relax. I do not have to go HARD any more. Now I have to focus on Good God,the lwa, my people, my services that are planned for this year, and ME! Ayibobo

An enemy is just someone who is afraid. Afraid that the reason they have failed is because you have too many clients and therefore you must be taken work from them. You know when I was in Florida last month heading a lave tet service, a Haitian mambo would speak to me in Kreyol and I would just rely in Kreyol. When she spoke to the young man with me she spoke in English. I found this a bit rude ,as we ALL spoke English. It was like whispering or something. Well, I caught myself doing it too when I wanted to ask her something about money. It was fear.

When people are afraid or lacking in themselves they will see a person who has risen above them as an enemy.This is something I see a lot now. People who have never even talked to me in any way, see my Youtube videos and think they "know" me. The truth is they do NOT know ,what I know. They only know what they can find online.This foolishness does not upset me , nor make me lose focus. As you can see, a year later they are still be in the same place as I rise and my people grow.
